Anxiety

My emotions are powerful. 
They run over me like a title wave.
Sometimes I suffocate in them, they surround me.
I eat and breath emotion.
It’s become my life, it’s been with me through the journey.
It gives me stomach aches and makes my vision unclear.
But now clarity has come and I know what this emotion is about.
It’s name is Anxiety and it’s not going to find a way out.
